THIS CLASS CAN BE BOOKED FOR CLASS SIZES OF 8 OR MORE AT YOUR LOCATION. THIS CLASS NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION. Our ServSafe® Manager certification class includes 7th edition book, class and exam code. Class is one-day format reviewing all the text book study questions, videos and Powerpoint presentations. Class runs 9:00 am to about 4:30 pm after which two hours is allowed to complete the 90-question exam. Most complete exam in an hour. Score 75% or better and receive your 5-year ServSafe™ Manager certificate immediately after class. We need a minimum of seven people to book a class at your facility. We teach in person using the 7th Edition textbook and we provide laptops to take the online exam. After class is done taking the exam we immediately get grades and are able to award 5 -rear certifications to those who score 75% or higher. How long is my Certificate good for? The ServSafe Manager Food Protection Certificate is valid for 5-years. example of certificate you will receive is on lower left side of this web page. What if I took an online class with ServSafe and just need to take exam? We can proctor your exam for $40. You will need an exam code. If you do not have we can provide for $36. Do I need a book to study before hand? 90% of those that take the class pass the exam, and of those that fail the exam all of them DID NOT study book before class. It is not required, but we highly recommend studying the book prior to class. How long does it take to read 7th Edition Book? The book has tons of photos and illustrations and is a fairly easy read. Two weeks prior to exam should giving you plenty of time to read the book. How long does it take to take the exam? You are allowed two hours to complete the 90-question multiple choice answer exam. However, most folks finish it in about an hour. Is there a meal break? Yes we take several breaks and we provide snacks and drinks. Also there is a cafe in building and feel free to bring any snacks or drinks you want. What if I fail the class? We provide the class re-instruction for free, however you will need to purchase a new exam code for $36. Practice Tests and Quizzes
