Online ServSafe® Alcohol Course & Exam for Tennessee Server Permit
Once you purchase course, within 24 hours you should receive an email containing course and exam keys with instructions on how to start the online course. Text 615-330-1572 if you don't receive email within 24 hours or have any issues activating course.
The ServSafe Alcohol® Program is a complete and convenient responsible alcohol service training solution.The online course takes 3.5 hours to complete. The state of Tennessee has approved the classroom and online training of ServSafe Alcohol. Those passing with 75% or better will receive a ServSafe Achool course completion certificate valid for three years. ServSafe will report grade to TABC, who will begin processing the Server Permit valid for two years for those passing course.
Student taking the ServSafe Alcohol Online Course need to obtain a RLPS ID number by applying for a Server Permit on the TABC website by clicking on this address: www.rlps.abc.tn.gov .

Once you receive the RLPS ID and take the course/exam you will need to immediately send an e-mail to [email protected] and provide your name, RLPS ID #, class date, time and the location (city) for our submission of your grade to the TABC. PLEASE REMEMBERSERVSAFE CANNOT SUBMIT YOUR GRADE WITHOUT YOUR RLPS NUMBER
Usually within a few working days the TABC will begin processing your two-year Server Permit and load it to your RLPS account where you can access your permit online. If you have any problems you can call the RLPS Hotline at 615-532-2297
