Nashville based Restaurant Class offers ServSafe® Manager certification courses in three formats: 1) Public in-person courses with online exam. 2) Individual Online courses with online proctoring,  and 3) Private in-person classes with online exam for hotels & restaurants in Tennessee for groups of eight or more. We also offer individual online ServSafe® Food Handler courses and the individual online ServSafe® Alcohol course which is a TABC approved Alcohol Awareness Program needed to obtain a Tennessee Server Permit.  All students must set up an online account with ServSafe.com in order to take any ServSafe online course or exam.  Online courses can be completed in the privacy of your home. Our in-person courses feature an online 90-question exam administered on laptops we provide. All other ServSafe online courses & exams require user to have a their own compatible computer.  Exam pass/fail results are immediate. Those passing can access their ServSafe certificate the same day.

 In-Person Public ServSafe Manager Courses 
Our in-person ServSafe® Manager certification courses are open to the public at  specific dates, times and different locations. Course is taught in English. Class size is limited to 12 students and its advisable to book your spot ASAP to secure a seat in class you want to attend. Classes run from 9:00 a.m. til 4:30-5:00 pm , after which two hours is allowed to take the 90-question exam. Those passing with a score of 70% or better are awarded a five-year certification. The cost of course is $139 and includes instruction, proctoring and online exam on laptops we provide. 
The course requires everyone have a copy of the  ServSafe Manager 9th Edition textbook (pictured above left) which is NOT included in the price.  Students can purchase textbook from ServSafe.com or Amazon.com or bring in an existing textbook you or your organization already own.  In-Person Private ServSafe Manager Courses 
Our private ServSafe® Manager certification course is for hotels and restaurants that desire a private course for up to 35 of their associates at their location. Course is taught in English.  The cost of the class is $139 and includes instruction, proctoring and the online exam on laptops we provide. We commute in Nashville area, and teach ServSafe Manager course in Memphis or Knoxville areas with travel expenses reimbursed.

This online ServSafe® Manager certification course is offered in Spanish and English for individuals who want to take the course and exam in the privacy of thier own home. Once an individual begins course that can complete it in a day of two or up to 90 days. Once course is complete, student must schedule on;line exam with ProctorU. The cost of the class is $199 and includes online instruction, online proctoring and exam on your own compatiable computer. Those passing with a score of 70% or better are awarded a five year certification.  Once you purchase course, within 24 hours you should receive an email containing course and exam keys with instructions on how to start the online course.   Online ServSafe Alcohol Course   
This online ServSafe® Manager certification course is offered in Spanish and English for individuals who want to take the couse and exam in the privacy of thier own home. Once an individual begins course that can complete it in a day of two or up to 90 days. Once course is complete, student must schedule exam a proctor at ProctorU.  This course is approved by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission or TABC,. Passage of the course and exam  satisfies the responsible alcoholic beverage service  educational requirements needed for a two-year Server Permit. The cost of the class is $199 and includes instruction, proctoring and the online exam on laptops we provide.  reimbursed.  Once you purchase course, within 24 hours you should receive an email containing course and exam keys with instructions on how to start the online course.   Online ServSafe Food Handler Course   
 The online ServSafe 6th Edition Food Handler® Online Course and Assessment is a comprehensive solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees. This ensures the same food safety principles are delivered each and every time.  Once the course has been purchased and launched, participants have  up to 60 days to complete can select to take the course in English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese.The online course and assessment can be completed in 1.5 to 2 hours. The aseseement is 40 questions.  A 75% score  is needed to to pass and receive a three year certification .    Once you purchase course, within 24 hours you should receive an email containing course and exam keys with instructions on how to start the online course.
