THIS CLASS CAN BE BOOKED FOR A CLASS SIZES OF 7 OR MORE AT YOUR LOCATION-THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION. The one day ServSafe® Manager certification class and exam runs from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The 7th edition book, exam and proctoring is included in total class price. The class reviews each of the 10 chapters in the 7th Edition book. In addition we review a Powerpoint presentations also covering those same chapters. While the information is not to difficult to comprehend, there is a lot to cover in this one-day format. We have practice tests and quizzes available for download on our website as an additional study resource.
We recommend that students study the book before the class which increase the odds of passing the exam. We can ship books via USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee. Students have 2 hours to complete the 90 question on-line exam requires a score of 75% to pass and results are immediate. Most people take about an hour. You are issued your ServSafe Certificate which is valid for 5-years same day. Classes purchased are non-refundable, however they can rescheduled and/or transferred to another individual. We provide laptops for the online exam, and immediately after the class all who pass are awarded their 5-year certification. We require a minimum of 7 students to schedule a class at your location.
